Skin depression on the side where the hump was shaved down

I had my nasal hump shaved down and didn’t have any implant inserted separately, but the skin on the shaved area looks a little strange. It’s slightly sunken with a fine, crepey texture, and that area in particular feels unusually thin, with tiny blood vessels seeming visible. But the location is on the roof area where the hump was shaved, and it’s only very slight on the left side. Could this be an open roof deformity? If an open roof deformity occurred and they just covered it, is that why the skin is sunken? ㅠㅠ It doesn’t affect my breathing, but I’m so worried. Is there anyone here who had their hump shaved down without getting an implant? ㅠㅠㅠ
