To prevent a lot of swelling, they recommended wearing a compression garment for about 3 days, but I wore it every single day for a week. For the last 2 days, I took it off when sleeping, but otherwise wore it for 24 hours. It was my first time getting liposuction, and my upper arms were really thick. I have a straight body type and a large chest too, so it was stressful. When I wore cardigans or knits, my build seriously looked insanely huge. But they say the degree it looks right after liposuction while wearing the compression garment is how the arms will look later ㅠㅠㅠ I’m so happy. I can already see they’ve gotten a bit thinner. Today is day 8, and the bruising has now gone down to my wrists, so I went to work wearing long sleeves ㅋㅋㅋ Now that it’s been 1 week …
