One Month and a Half After Nose Surgery (Dermis)

About a month ago, I had my nasal bridge done with dermis and tied with autologous cartilage. The dermis was harvested from my buttock. By around now, everyone says, “It looks natural~ It looks like my own nose~” and so on... But I still have buttock pain when I sit, and inside my nose, I don’t know whether cartilage is protruding or scar tissue has come down... Anyway, the ceiling area of my left nostril is bulging out, so it interferes a lot with breathing. My left nostril always feels blocked. I went to the hospital. When I showed them, they said it was because they sutured it with dissolvable thread and didn’t remove the stitches. They said it would be okay with time. But when I touch my own nose, wouldn’t I know whether that’s thread or flesh? The hospital seemed anxious, as if worried I might complain that it was a side effect. I think my nose looking deviated to the left is also because of that protruding cartilage. (I posted a photo before...) More than the deviation, my nose is blocked inside, so when I exercise and get short of breath, I seriously have difficulty breathing, to the point that my chest feels tight unless I open my mouth. It’s not even intense exercise, just walking exercise. Normally it always feels blocked, and if I put my pinky finger in, it’s clearly noticeable. On the right side, my finger goes in easily, but on the left, it goes in and then gets blocked. Because of that flesh or cartilage sticking down from the top of the nostril. I also got introduced to someone through this community and had surgery there, and since it was a university hospital, they said safety was guaranteed first of all... sob... But what is this.. Usually private plastic surgery clinics provide all postoperative care for free. But here, even if I go briefly to show them because it may be a side effect, I have to register as an outpatient, and the basic fee is 20,000 won..ㅠ.ㅠ What’s the point of going? The doctor just repeats the same line that there’s nothing wrong~ and why is he always smiling like that... Because it was dermis, the nose became lower, so it doesn’t even look like I had surgery, and I’m left only with a scar on my buttock... ah~~ The more I look at the sutured area on my buttock, the angrier I get. It’s bumpy... I think maybe the inside of my nose was sutured like that too. That’s why it’s blocked. I won’t tolerate it anymore. I want to reveal the hospital and the doctor here, but I’m holding back because I’m afraid I’ll get kicked out. I’m supposed to go to the hospital the day after tomorrow, and if they don’t solve it this time either, I really will report them. I’m so angry.... If you’re planning surgery with dermis, please send me a private message. I’ll give you the hospital information. To tell you absolutely not to do it there.
