I’m two months after rhinoplasty, and in the morning when my nose is blocked and I blow it, blood like that and yellow nasal discharge come out. It still happens even though I’m taking rhinitis medication ㅠㅠ I also sleep with a humidifier on, so why could this be happening?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
