I have consultations booked at ㄹㅂㄹ and ㅂㄹㅇ, so I’ve been looking through their websites for reference, and it seemed like the second clinic also offers a closed surgery method. At first, I thought nose surgery absolutely had to be done with an open approach to see results, but can things like a hump nose and functional issues all be operated on with a closed approach too? When I went around to consultations before, there was no mention of open or closed approaches, and I was told that osteotomy was absolutely necessary. I’m curious whether osteotomy is possible with a closed approach too.
