My nose became upturned because of a thread lift, so I ended up having surgery to lower my nose. But I guess they did something called a rotation graft. I didn’t even really know what that was. It’s been over 2 years since the surgery now, and at first it was so swollen that it honestly looked awful. The swelling has finally all gone down now, but my nose is blunt-looking ㅜㅜ Even though I had silicone inserted, how did my nose come out looking so blunt? It feels like there’s no shadow/definition. I want to get revision surgery, but I’ve heard that rotation grafts are hard to undo and that there aren’t people who can do rotation grafts, so has anyone had revision surgery again on a nose that had a rotation graft? For no reason…
