I had Hiko done when I was 18, and it all spread out, so when I was 20 I thought, if I’m going to deal with the cost and pain of dissolving the filler anyway, I’d rather just get nose surgery. So I went to Miho and just said one thing: “Please make it higher with a short nose and straight nose look.” They removed the nose filler as a service, and since I had a slight hump, they shaved it down. I said I didn’t want to raise the nasal tip, but they said if only the nasal bridge is raised, the nasal tip would look unnatural… so we did it together. I did it as rhinitis plus cosmetic rhinoplasty, so I don’t think the price came out that high.
