During my first nose surgery, I wanted a pretty nasal tip line, so I had ear cartilage and septal cartilage put in. But as time passed, the nasal tip became too pointy and looked obviously like a surgically done nose, so I really hated people around me asking, “You got a nose job, right?” On top of that, it also felt like the cartilage was showing through in a round shape, and the tip of my nose kept feeling stuffy, like it was being pressed down by something heavy. The biggest problem was that it looked crooked both in photos and in real life… so I decided I absolutely had to get it done once I had the money, and this year I removed all the cartilage and changed it to autologous dermis…
