This was my third nose surgery, a revision rhinoplasty, and I went to Lowell thinking it would be the last nose surgery of my life. My nasal skin had become thin, my nose was a bit deviated to the left, and I had slight contracture, so I was worried. I wondered whether I should just remove the silicone, but I really didn’t feel confident about that either haha.
