I had always wanted rhinoplasty because of my upturned, short hump nose and drooping nasal tip, but I was scared of implants and worried the columellar incision scar might be severe, so I only kept thinking about it. Non-implant surgery naturally has more limitations than using implants, but I wanted a natural change, and above all, safety came first.
