I had rhinoplasty today. When I stay still, it feels like someone hit my nose from underneath with an uppercut, and it feels like it’s pulling from above. Is this normal? It’s not extremely severe. Also, starting tomorrow, instead of going for a walk, I want to use the treadmill. Would that be okay? I’m planning to do it at about a walking pace of 30 km, but if I move around, my nose won’t become crooked or anything, right?
