I had square jaw surgery together with masseter muscle resection. It’s been about 10 days now, and so far I’m satisfied, but the problem is that I’m getting an aching pain right next to one ear, more precisely just below the cheekbone, and it hurts unbearablyㅠ I’m waking up in the morning because of the pain. During the day, I’ve also had pain while eating or yawning. No matter how much I search, I can’t find reviews about aching pain after square jaw surgery. Has anyone had an experience like mine? I hope it’s just temporary during the recovery period, but I’m worried…
