[Silicone Removal Review] What will happen to my nasal tip? (Please comment~!!)

Previously, I had 4 mm silicone and also had nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage. It did become more defined than before, but the area between my eyebrows was too high, so it looked prominent, and my nasal tip looked relatively low. And people with a narrow glabella should absolutely not raise the glabella or nasal bridge too high... it ruins your face. Originally, the director said he would add more cartilage to the nasal tip and raise it more, but a nose that was too high really did not suit my face, so I had the silicone taken right out. If the silicone is removed, I think I may end up with a very curved, upturned traditional “beoseon” sock-shaped nose, because the nasal tip that had originally been set to match the 4 mm implant was left as is. I had it removed under sleep anesthesia, so I had no idea about any pain, and even after coming back, it does not hurt at all without needing any painkillers. I barely have any swelling either. I think there is slight bruising, but I cannot tell because of the tape. Instead, the tape is still attached, just like after surgery. There are no stitches to remove either. Since 4 mm of silicone is not a small amount and it came out, the remaining part of the nose has soft, extra tissue left hehe. They say it will go back later. Today, fluid had accumulated, so it hurt a bit when they drained it - - That is my experience up to here. For those who previously had the nasal bridge and nasal tip done at the same time and then only had the silicone removed, people say the nose later turns upward. Is that true? Actually, around 6 months after surgery, I felt like my nasal tip was drooping, so I had wanted it to lift a little more instead. Still, I am honestly worried it might flip up completely like a pig nose. I would appreciate it if those who had silicone removed could tell me how your nasal tip is now.
