Is this normal? I looked it up and there don’t seem to be many cases like this Today is day 1, and only the area next to where the osteotomy was done is swollen. When I lightly massage it with an ice pack, blood trickles out from the nostril on that side… Is this connected to something like a hematoma? Has anyone experienced this?
