I think it’s been two days since my nose surgery, and I’m doing cold compresses right now. They say to do cold compresses for 2-3 days and then warm compresses, but it’s okay to do cold compresses a bit longer and then switch to warm compresses, right? Ah, but when I do cold compresses, my eyes feel cold, so I’m putting something like a towel on top. I’m not sure if I’m doing it properly.
