I had 3-type facial contouring, and I’m now entering week 2. The swelling seems to be going down well after the first week, and my face shape is slowly starting to show, but maybe because of the swelling, I feel like crying. I heard lifting is important, so I’m looking into various options. But I heard there is home care too, so I bought a Yakson Myungga golgi program lifting band to start with. From when can I use the lifting band? Does a lifting band definitely have an effect? I do plan to get dermatology procedures too, but I’m curious about any useful information beforehand.
