I had surgery 5 days ago with 3 mm silicone + ear cartilage, and today I removed the tape on the nasal tip area. But the nasal ala and nasal tip don’t seem that different from before. Should I say they’re a bit blunt? My nose isn’t that high either. It looks natural, but also a bit short. But the swelling has almost gone down around the eyes, while swelling remains below.... When the swelling goes down, will the nasal tip become slimmer? I want my nose to look a bit higher and the tip a bit sharper, but the nasal tip is so round that I’m depressed
