This is a big problem.. The hospital just says I’m too swollen and tells me to walk around outside, but honestly... it’s so cold outside, you know.. They say today is unbelievably cold, and I don’t want to go out It’s also annoying.. But for my nose, I guess I should go out, right~? Sigh Is there any way to reduce swelling at home?
