It seems like most people go to Seoul to get it done, but is there really enough of an advantage that you must go to Seoul? A friend who lives in a regional area also went all the way to Seoul for surgery, so I was wondering. Or does it just feel that way because there are many people who live in Seoul? Even in regional metropolitan cities, there seem to be many plastic surgery clinics, so I’m debating where to go.
