Hello. My nasal tip is blunt, so I’m planning to have nasal tip surgery. Since my nasal tip has a lot of soft tissue, the two hospitals I went to for consultations each said different things. At ㅅㅇ Plastic Surgery in Gangnam, which does things naturally, they said that to do the nasal tip, they would remove tissue and slightly raise only the nasal tip with ear cartilage. But they also said it could become a slightly pinched nose. Also in Gangnam, ㄷㄷㅇ Plastic Surgery recommended silicone on the nasal dorsum, nasal tip extension with costal cartilage, columella lowering, etc., and it seems like they pursue a more dramatic look. ㅅㅇ is natural but I feel like it won’t be noticeable, and ㄷㄷㅇ might make me look overdone if it goes wrong.
