I have a question on day 1 after nose surgery, seniors. Since I have a dragon nose, I had nostril lowering done. Is the nostril shape on day 1 after surgery going to stay exactly the same continuously, regardless of whether the swelling goes down or not? I am also curious whether, as time passes and the swelling goes down, the nostrils might come down more and the dragon-nose shape might improve, haha. Thank you in advance.
