My nose was not low to begin with, but I had my nasal tip raised using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage, and silicone was also inserted. I wanted a straight nose with about a 90-degree angle, but judging by the swelling on day 3, it looks about 95 degrees. Since my nostrils are visible from the front, I'm very worried whether the nasal tip is just lifted upward because of swelling or whether the design was wrong. How was it for others? Once the swelling goes down, will the nasal tip come down so the nostrils won't be visible from the front?
