The Friday before last, I had cosmetic surgery including alar base reduction, raising the nasal bridge with silicone, and so on, so it's been about 10 days. While washing my face, when I was wiping water from my eyes, I accidentally tapped the tip of my nose. But it hurt enough that I felt some pain at the nasal tip. Could there possibly be some deformation?
