When I had rhinoplasty, they used ear dermis and ear cartilage, and when I went to have the ear stitches removed 2 weeks later, they said they couldn’t remove the stitches inside the ear right then, and that later, as time passed, they would gradually be pushed out, so I should remove them myself then. It’s been almost two months now, but it still hurts when I touch my ear. Is this because of the stitches? There aren’t any additional stitches sticking out or anything, but when I sleep on my side and my ear gets pressed, it still hurts haha. Is it normal for ear pain after nose surgery to last this long?
