I’m a man, and I had eye surgery last May. I had it done by Director C J H at Top F S Plastic Surgery, and I’m more than 80% satisfied. I had medial and lateral canthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, incisional double eyelid surgery, and made the double eyelid almost nonexistent. This place also seems good at noses and I trust them, so I was planning to have the same doctor do my nose and under-eye fat surgery, but during the consultation they also recommended a chin implant for my retruded chin. I do have a retruded chin, so it seems like it worsens my overall impression and I think I may need to do it. My question is: 1. If the chin is very recessed, can a retruded-chin implant have a big effect? What should I look for regarding retruded chin surgery materials…
