For male primary surgeries, no matter which clinic you go to, they often conservatively set a low double-eyelid line, but because lowering the line is difficult while raising it is easier, it reduces risk. To become better-looking, you basically need at least 4-5 mm. 6 mm is also fine, but if the doctor lacks skill, the side with weaker eye-opening strength can end up looking loose, or the double-eyelid line can roll inward …
