I like my side profile, but when viewed from the front, my nose looks too blunt, so should I get nostril/alar base reduction and nasal tip cartilage suturing? I want my nose to look like the 4th photo. If anyone had a nose that looked blunt from the front like mine, please give me some advice ㅠㅠ
