I want to refine just the tip of my nose very slightly, but most clinics these days seem to be into some kind of Avatar nose trend and end up making bulbous noses. If I’m going to do it, I’d also like to have rhinitis surgery at the same time, so if there are places that can do functional rhinoplasty, I’d appreciate recommendations for those too. No silicone for the nasal bridge xxx I only want the tip done with septal cartilage or ear cartilage, and just cartilage suturing.
