Hello, I’m a 26-year-old man. Ever since I was young, I’ve often heard people say things like “open your eyes more” and “your eyes are too small,” so my eyes have been a big complex for me. The size of my eyes is one thing, but I also think there’s quite a bit of fat, and the asymmetry between my eyes seems severe. I’m posting because I’m curious what kind of surgery would be appropriate for eyes like mine.
