My under-eyes are so bulgy that I’ve been told a hundred times to get under-eye fat repositioning, so I’m planning to do it this time. Is under-eye fat repositioning a very risky surgery? I’m not planning to get double eyelid surgery or under-eye fat grafting or anything like that, I’m only trying to get under-eye fat repositioning, yeah.
