Has anyone here had full removal with thick skin? My skin is quite thick, so they said a lot of soft tissue was removed during surgery. I’m not sure if scar tissue formed, but I had surgery using only ear cartilage and no implant, and even after a year, the nasal ala, bridge, and tip are still hard. Could it be scar tissue? Anyway, I heard that if the nose skin is thick, more scar tissue can form even when removing things. Is that actually true? I’m thinking about removing the tip and columellar support cartilage, but I’m worried the scar tissue will make my nose even more bluntㅠ
