For my first surgery, I had surgery with silicone, hump osteotomy, and autologous costal cartilage, but my nose became crooked, the implant shifted, and I couldn’t breathe, so I went to an ENT and they said I have a septal perforation and a deviated septum…… My nostrils are also uneven and I need revision surgery again… First, ㅇㄷ and ㅂㄴㄴ refused surgery because of the perforation ㅠㅠ So I went to ㅋㅂㅈ and ㅈㅇㅈ, and for now I’m drawn to ㅋㅂㅈ. Is there any clinic you would recommend for revision surgery when there is a perforation? I want a straight-with-slight-curve to straight line.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
