For my first surgery, I had surgery with silicone, hump osteotomy, and autologous costal cartilage, but my nose became crooked, the implant shifted, and I couldn’t breathe, so I went to an ENT and they said I have a septal perforation and a deviated septum…… My nostrils are also uneven and I need revision surgery again… First, ㅇㄷ and ㅂㄴㄴ refused surgery because of the perforation So I went to ㅋㅂㅈ and ㅈㅇㅈ, and for now I’m drawn to ㅋㅂㅈ. Is there any clinic you would recommend for revision surgery when there is a perforation? I want a straight-with-slight-curve to straight line.

I had only the silicone removed through a closed approach, and the capsule was fully removed too. But only the nostril used for the removal has turned black around it like in the photo, so I’m worried and posting to ask why this might be.
