Day 5 after surgery.. I’m depressed..

I was discharged the day before yesterday, and as of today it’s becoming day 5.. I had double jaw surgery, facial asymmetry correction, and surgery for a retruded chin. It’s so hard.. It feels like my face is going to pour downward Bloody phlegm is boiling up in my throat, my throat is swollen too, and my lips and nose are all chapped and sore.. It feels like a rock has been placed on my face Today I went out in front of people to get care and treatment, with my hat pulled down and wearing a mask.. Saliva just kept dripping and dripping.. and I was worried someone might see my saliva running down.. They say time is the medicine for swelling.. but swelling is such a bad thing~!!! I’m trying hard to do warm compresses too.. but it’s such a hassle.. Still, I feel like I have to do it for now, so I am doing it.. Why do I have to be in this much pain.. Why am I like this, I felt so wronged that for two days I just cried, and when I tried to sleep sitting up, my neck was stiff and painful, so I couldn’t sleep. I’m just depressed.. Did I really make the right choice.. Will I be able to become prettier.. Did I only put a financial burden on my family.. With those worries.. I just keep sighing.. I think it must be an emotional illness, so I’m trying to change my thoughts in a positive direction.. but I’m just depressed all day...
