They made my nose long and like Pinocchio. If they pull it out long in front, doesn’t that not go back inward? Does the nose get longer as it comes downward? ㅠ I had surgery because I wanted a short, high, small nose. I’m worried that if I get early removal, my nose might get even bigger because of scar tissue and things like that. But if I leave it alone, I also feel like once the scar tissue and swelling go down and the tissue loosens, my nose might get even bigger, so I’m curious. I’ve become someone with a bulbous nose and a big nose, like a foreigner, and my epicanthal folds have come down so my impression looks stronger. Even though it’s day 23 after surgery, it’s still the same. Is it because I had osteotomy? The stronger, more intense impression also won’t change, right…
