Removal Consultation Review at Two Clinics

The surgery details I knew: 14 years post-op, silicone 35, osteotomy, ear cartilage, the hump was not shaved down and was covered with silicone. Recently, I started consultations because I felt tenderness and a tightening sensation. I was worried about upturning, shape, and height with complete removal, so I was planning to remove only the silicone. At the first consultation, the atmosphere made me feel like they wanted me to hurry up, ask my questions, and get out. They said it was not contracture, but if I wanted it removed, they would remove it. After touching it, they said the inner middle part of the nasal tip seemed hard and that there was a possibility of manipulation other than ear cartilage, such as donated costal cartilage. They said that if long-standing silicone is removed, the bone may have been resorbed and look broad and flat, and they would file this down to make it smoother...
