Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

My nasal bridge is low. Would it be meaningful to revise only the nasal tip?

It’s not inflammatory contracture, but suddenly the skin on the left side of my nose clumped up and hardened, so I decided to get everything removed. I did all my consultations and finally chose a hospital, but because my original nose was a bulbous nose, I’m also slightly considering nasal tip revision. The problem is that I had a low bulbous nose with basically no nasal bridge at all… In a case like this, if I remove the silicone and raise only the nasal tip with ear cartilage, it’ll probably become a pinched nose and look awkward, right? I had only discussed full removal with the director, but later I suddenly got curious and asked the consultant, so I don’t know exactly how the shape would turn out either… Removal or nasal tip revision…
