Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

If anyone who had revision rhinoplasty removed their implant, please tell meㅠㅜㅠ

First, I’ll explain my nose. First rhinoplasty: silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip. About a year after the first surgery, contracture developed. I had revision surgery in early 2024. Revision surgery: silicone on the nasal bridge, donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip, nostril lowering, columella lowering, deviated septum. You can basically think that almost every part that could be touched, except the alar base, was touched. I didn’t know, but the revision doctor said cartilage from the nasal bridge had also been removed and used during the first surgery. Anyway, even after having this much done, I don’t like my nose, so I’m thinking about either a third surgery or just removing the implant. My nose has already been touched a lot…
