When I said I didn’t want to have nose surgery anymore, the director explained a few big-picture options. 1. Do nothing. 2. Remove only the silicone. There may be a step-off or unevenness; with a closed approach, over time it will fill in with scar tissue. 3. Use Megaderm together with cartilage to fill the step-off. Open approach. The director at ㅁㅅㅇ only said exactly what needed to be said. I’m curious what their aftercare/AS is like here. I’m drawn to option 2. I don’t want to have surgery anymore. I don’t want to use Megaderm, and I’m still thinking about it.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
