For my first surgery for a hump nose, my bridge was on the higher side, so I got a quote for no implant, and they used donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Now in my 4th year, the hump is showing again from the nasal bridge, so I’m planning revision surgery, and this time they recommended silicone. They said my nasal bridge has gotten lower. It’s the same hospital but a different doctor, and I’m unsure, so I decided to look around at other places too. I’ve already had consultations at two places, ㅈㅇ and ㅇㅇ, and at ㄷㅇㅇ, the place I originally went to. A lot of people also recommended ㅊㅁ.
