I had double-chin liposuction this time, and as the proportion of my lower face somehow decreased, I feel like my nose looks bigger, so I’m looking into nose surgery. My nostril wings are on the larger side, so I’m thinking of doing alar reduction too, but I’m worried because it seems like alar reductions often end up uneven. If I get rhinoplasty and raise the nasal height, will the nostril wings naturally get slightly smaller? Do you not recommend getting alar reduction?
