Before, I looked so masculine that even though people say I look the prettiest now, I don’t think I feel extremely happy. After my primary and revision surgery, I ended up with a bulbous nose and long nose, which made me look masculine, and that was so damn stressful that I got another revision. This was a case where it at least got better after doing the full correction: removing the materials, correcting the bulbous nose, nasolabial angle, columella, and long nose. This time I went to a clinic specializing in revision rhinoplasty, and I definitely heard more detailed explanations than at the previous hospitals, whether about autologous costal cartilage or revision surgery.
