I had septum, rhinitis, and cosmetic nose surgery with Director Kim Tae-hwan at First Button Clinic. They used autologous costal cartilage to raise the nasal tip, and inserted 2 mm of artificial dermis into the nasal bridge. I'm now 6 months post-op, and it just feels completely like my own nose. My rhinitis has also improved a lot, so I'm really happy. Appearance-wise, it feels neatly refined, so I'm very satisfied.
