It has been 6 months since my male nose revision surgery. Before surgery, my nose looked low from the front, and during my first nose surgery silicone was used; I had revision surgery because that silicone shifted and because of a left-right step-off that I wasn’t sure was a side effect or not. I had consultations at about three places, but the director seemed confident in his own style, so I don’t think it was hard to find the hospital for revision surgery. Since autologous costal cartilage was used for the revision surgery, pain in the rib area also lasted about 3 days. The major swelling has all gone down, and I think there is still a little minor swelling left, but now…
