I had nose surgery on the 12th, and starting about 4 days later, the area around my eyes began to itch... I thought maybe it was because the bruising was fading, but now my skin is completely red and dry like atopic dermatitis, and one side of the skin looks like it is cracked open... It also seems like hives... On Saturday, when I was getting the stitches removed, I meant to ask the doctor, but I was so distracted looking at my nose... This did not happen when I had surgery before, so I do not know why it is happening this time!!! Maybe they used a lot of anesthetic... The surgery took much longer, so they added more local anesthesia later... It took a full 4 hours~~ Since a few days ago, the area under my chin has also been itchy and a bit raised like hives.. If anyone has experienced something like this, please tell me!!! If it does not get better, I should probably go see a dermatologist, right??
