I had my nose revision surgery today. It was only a revision of the tip. I live in Suwon, but I had my first nose surgery in Busan (the first operation): osteotomy and the tip (ear cartilage). But the tip was blunt, so I got the tip revised again. (It was free at the same hospital) I woke up at 5:30 a.m., took the Saemaeul train, arrived around 11:20 a.m., and was waiting in the waiting room. Honestly, since the revision was free, I was nervous about whether they’d do a sloppy job. The director was in the middle of a double-eyelid surgery, so after waiting a bit, I had a consultation and got ready. I showed photos (Song Hye-kyo, Min Hyo-rin) and asked them to make the nose tip sharply defined. The director looked at the photos and said the nose only looked higher because of the makeup ㅡㅡㅋ Anyway, I kept emphasizing “sharp, sharp.” So we decided to raise the tip more and tie the cartilage. After washing my face, they put an IV in my arm, and from that point on I was incredibly nervous. ㅡㅡㅋ I was nervous even six months ago when I had it done............. ㅋ Then I lay down on the operating table for real, they trimmed the nose hairs inside my nostrils, disinfected my face, disinfected my ears, and tied my arms and legs while getting everything ready for surgery. I was getting more and more nervous. Finally, it was time for sedation anesthesia. The director said, “I’ll design the nose and put you to sleep deeply~” and with that one line the nurse injected the sedative. They told me to count backward from 50, and by the time I got to around 40, I was being sucked into a yellow, spinning screen, my head was dizzy and spinning, and I gradually lost consciousness. It felt like I had been isolated in a world all by myself, so I felt a bit bad. And when I woke up, the surgery was already over. The operation took about an hour. Supported by the nurse, I went to the recovery room and my boyfriend was there. I lay on the bed, did some warm compresses, and talked a bit with my boyfriend and stuff. I felt like my mind was slowly coming back. After resting for about an hour while talking with my boyfriend, I left the hospital. In the recovery room, I even got a little kiss on the cheek. ㅋ Because it was such a cute scene of him taking care of me ㅋ I was so hungry that there happened to be a naengmyeon place right below the plastic surgery clinic, so I ate naengmyeon while blood was dripping from my nose. It was really delicious ㅋ Even though people were staring, I just kept eating happily ㅋ When it was time for the train, I got to the station and had fun messing around with my boyfriend on the train back to Suwon, and now I’m home. ㅋ Honestly, I think surgery is addictive. If you get one surgery and it turns out well, you want to do another place and get prettier, and if the surgery goes badly, you get revision surgery again ㅡㅡㅋ I really hope this becomes my last surgery ㅋ Anyway, fighting to everyone who has a revision surgery or surgery coming up~~~~~~~~~~
