I got 0.5 cc of nasolabial fold filler on each side, and had nasal tip surgery with autologous cartilage. But the nasal tip is too upturned, the nose looks short too, and I feel like my philtrum has gotten longer, so I'm so upset Please take a look. The hospital says it can look upturned because of swelling, but I don't know if the filler is the problem, or because the anterior cheek is protruding like deep cheek fat, I look like a monkey
