I’m on day 5 after surgery, and I’m taking three medications together: Bruna, Tripline, and Minoshin. For walks, I’m doing 30 minutes 3 times a day with my 3 meals, and for compresses, I’m doing warm and cold compresses once every 2 hours. I feel like I shouldn’t eat anything too spicy or irritating for no reason, so I’m only eating light foods. I’m asking because I wondered if there are any swelling-care methods you recommend. Time is probably the answer, right?
