It was my nostril wings too, but I also hated how broad the nasal bridge looked from the front. Anyway, because I wanted rhinoplasty, I set criteria like -reviews -experience -before-and-after difference -postoperative care, and chose a clinic. I had surgery with silicone, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. Around one month, there was still swelling, but since I looked somewhat changed from before, at first I was worried from the standpoint of someone who had just had surgery, wondering whether this was swelling or whether the bulbous nose hadn’t been properly corrected…
