This week, my menstrual cramps were so bad that I couldn't go for aftercare, but I definitely felt that the lumpiness had gone down compared with the previous week. I haven't really been controlling my diet lately either, but it seems like the 3 kg I lost early on is still staying off. But what I always feel is really the side profile. Whenever I take side-profile photos, no matter how much I held my breath before, that kind of line never came out, so it's just fascinating. My abdomen still feels somewhat unfamiliar, but it's become flatter than the abdomen I knew, so I found it fascinating and kept touching it at work, and a coworker looked at me strangely lol…
