Today marks exactly one week since I had nasal tip surgery. I'm thinking of riding an indoor bike gently for just an hour, without sweating a lot or pushing myself. Would that be okay? Maybe because I couldn't walk much today, by nighttime my face feels swollen When did everyone start light exercise after nose surgery?
